The house is very much
open plan, with a TV lounge with open fire, dining room and magnificent
‘sun room’ with three French windows opening to the river. Outside there
is a
barbecue and deck area.
In the extension there
is another lounge – perfect for the kids to watch videos, play
‘Play Stations’ (not supplied) or table football. In the garden there
is another children’s play house.
The new kitchen extension (built April 07) is fully equipped including
American Fridge Freezer, and dishwasher. The dining room has a 3.5m oak
dining table. The lounge has a beautiful log fire and at the back of
the house you can find the sun lounge with a magnificent view of the
River Druie.
The river is a great place for summer fun, where children often spend
the entire day. However, we must emphasise that the Druie can become
dangerous following rain, and that children should always be supervised.
Kids have their own lounge, perfect for when you want to relax in peace
in front of the log fire.
We have wireless broadband installed. Please feel free to bring
your laptop and use this facility. We shall provide you with the WEP key
on application. |
